Established in 1998, we as Arabella Diamonds, pride ourselves on being a close-knit family business. In 2011 we were proud to welcome pandoraonline.co.za into this family and that has grown into our multi branded jewelshop.co.za. Our aim with online sales stayed consistent to the philosophy applied in our retail outlets: personal care and a specialized experience. Thus, our customers become our friends and return loyally. We hope that in this cyber driven society, you find we take the time to make you part of this family as well.

Delivery Information

SHIPMENT AND COURIER INFORMATION
Shipments are sent via Courier Guy or Aramex Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery time is between 1-3 days area permitting. You can track your parcel on www.aramex.com/express/track.aspx or www.trackinggo.com/thecourierguy-tracking.html In case of a stock shortage, you will immediately be contacted via e-mail. We will strive to send your order as quick and effective as we possibly can.

SHIPPING TIMES
Orders will be shipped from us, Monday – Friday. Items ordered on weekends or public holidays will be sent the following business day. Orders for items in stock are sent next business day from the time funds are received. Items temporarily out of stock will be sent as soon as possible.

SHIPPING COSTS
Orders over R999 will be shipped for free! All orders under R999 will cost a standard rate of R100. How will my items be packaged? All orders will be packaged in traditional PANDORA gift boxes, wrapped in gift wrapping with a Pandora ribbon and will be safely send in a padded envelope to secure it from damage.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
Jewelshop.co.za insures its shipments against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance is no longer valid.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Shipping only to addresses within South Africa also not across the borders of South Africa.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:

The online shop reserves the right to refuse processing of payment for any order and/or to cancel any purchase, partially or completely, with notice given to you.The online shop will be liable for reimbursing you the rand value paid only if you have already paid for the cancelled order. You have the right to return non-defective products purchased within 30-days of the order being delivered.

More Simply Put:

Sometimes things don’t work out and an order has to be cancelled. If that happens we’ll be sure to let you know. And sometimes what you bought isn’t exactly what you wanted. No problem. Returns are free within 30 days and we’ll refund you.
